Call for Proposals

Please note submissions have closed for the first exhibition.  A new call will be issued once the next exhibition date and location is announced.

Calling for personal stories, objects and artworks from the Prince community.

Has your life been transformed or deeply impacted by Prince in some significant way?

Did Prince inspire you to make a life-changing decision or significantly shape your life?

Would you be willing to share your personal story of how Prince deeply impacted your life ?

Is there a personal object you would be willing to share that is associated with your story?

There are three ways to get involved:

-PRINCE COMMUNITY. Share your personal story about how Prince impacted your life. 500 words or less. Please also include a photo of a personal object that is linked to your story. This personal object does not need to be Prince-related.

-ARTISTS.  Artists working across any medium, whose lives have been signficantly impacted by Prince, are invited to submit proposals of artwork to be exhibited alongside their personal stories. Please send your personal story together with an image, sound or video file of  artwork. Please include artwork specifications- medium, dimensions, duration.

-VOLUNTEERS.  This is a project of love. If you are in the Minneapolis area and would like to offer to help out with the exhibition, please be in contact.  Please include a note if you have any special skills relating to exhibition installation, promotion, design, or would like to be a gallery attendant.  Thank you.
